User License
The User License grants you the right to use and integrate the purchased samples, midi and/or presets within your original commercial music productions and no additional fee or royalty required for such integrated use.
You may not use the content in the creation of other sample packs/presets or distribute them in their original unaltered form. Copying, duplication, lending or re-selling of this product or its contents in whole or part is strictly prohibited. This license is granted for a single user, on a global basis for the full copyright protection period.
The license is non-transferable. You cannot electronically transfer the contents or place them in a time-sharing or service bureau operation or a computer/sampler network.
Neither the producer, nor TriSamples can be held responsible for any direct or indirect consequential loss arising from the use of this product in whatever form. You shall not sell or incorporate these sounds into products such as Samplers or virtual instruments. Licenses are available for this use please contact us for further information and pricing.
